How refunds work for JEEMA platform fees and for payments on merchant stores.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through jeema.one and the JEEMA platform operated by JEEMA Web Solutions Private Limited ("JEEMA").
JEEMA sells access to cloud software (SaaS) on a subscription or one-time onboarding basis. Because access is delivered digitally and often activated immediately:
Businesses using JEEMA may operate online stores and accept payments via integrated gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.). For those transactions:
When you send invoices, estimates, or payment requests from JEEMA CRM to your clients, refund handling for those services is between you and your client according to your commercial agreement.
Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled according to the rules of the relevant payment network and gateway. We may share transaction records with the gateway to assist resolution. Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in account suspension.
Email contact@jeema.one with your registered email, invoice number, payment date, and reason. We respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible within 7–14 business days.
